PRICES:
All prices are F.O.B. Marana, AZ., and are subject to change without
notice. Quoted modification charges apply to new carburetors only (see
CORES). Minimum order is $20.00.

TERMS:
All special orders require a 50% deposit, prior to modification. Personal
checks are subject to bank clearance. All orders are shipped C.O.D.,
however C.O.D. charges can be saved by prepaying the full amount of the
invoice, including freight charges.

SHIPPING:
All orders are processed as soon as possible after receipt of deposit and are
shipped via UPS Surface, unless otherwise specified: i.e., UPS first day,
UPS second day, UPS three day, Air Freight or Federal Express.

BACK ORDERS:
You will be notified if there is to be any delay in filling your order. Out of
stock items are not automatically filled.

RETURNS:
No merchandise may be returned without written consent from
BRASWELL CARBURETION. However, we will not refuse any
reasonable claim. All shipments approved for return must be prepaid and
insured and must be accompanied by the original invoice. A 15% service
charge will be assessed against all returned merchandise, unless factory error
is involved.

CLAIMS:
Title to merchandise passes to customer upon delivery to common carrier.
Delivery of merchandise in good condition is the responsibility of the carrier
and all claims of damage or shortage should be made with the carrier
immediately.

WARRANTY:
All merchandise manufactured by BRASWELL CARBURETION is fully
guaranteed against defects in material or workmanship. Replacement will be
limited to parts manufactured by BRASWELL CARBURETION and does
not include labor claims of any type.

CORES:
All modifications by BRASWELL CARBURETION are based on new
carburetors. Used customer carburetors are subject to clean up and parts
replacement costs.

CUSTOM ORDERS/SPECIAL PARTS:
Whenever possible, we will make special parts not shown in our literature.
These parts will be manufactured at prevailing shop rates and material costs.
Payment in full, in advance, is required. No refund will be made in the event
of cancellation.

DEALER INQUIRIES:
Dealer inquiries should be made on your company letterhead, accompanied
by a duplicate copy of your business license and your resale number.
